I love the cutscenes you get from interacting with your dog in the party camp, especially the ones involving Sten and Morrigan. Some of these may seem obvious, but everything I wrote is something I didn't learn or find on my first playthrough, and I know I'm not the only one. So powerful to be able to after using up all your mana activate blood magic and perform a mass paralysis spell that does damage with no build up time. Opinion: For mage you really should have one of your classes be blood mage. Or mindblast set to tactics "Self: being attacked by melee" Mana clash insta kills them in one move.ĥ.) You should have all of your mages either get the talent Glyph of paralysis and put it under tactics to "Self: Any" (This will make your character auto cast it beneath itself making anyone who tries to melee attack your mage paralyzed) It is the 1st in the tree so you don't need to spend other talents to get to it. Enemies will continue to attack your party member with no damage being done.Ĥ.) Mana clash is the best spell in the game. (the game auto levels your party members to prevent them from being more than 1 level below you)ģ.) Use force field on your own party member that is about to die / is tanking. This can pretty much be considered cheating though as for roughly 20 gold you can get from level 19 to 25 (max level) and your party to level 24 in about 5 minutes. You can buy infinite elfroot (56 silver for each time you get 99) from the Dalish camp marchant & donate them to the community box for XP. Read what each do this is key to having your party act the way you want them to.Ģ.)
